Roses In The Hedgerow- Primitives And Garden Treasures

Someday I'm going to have a store with a tinkly bell hung over the door
with real glass cases and counters wide and just about everything inside
Pots and kettles and crockery
Seeds in packets and flowers too
I'll fix the window and dust each shelf and take in the money all by myself
It will be my store and I'll say
what can I do for you .. today ?

Home & Garden Journal...

June 2011

Well it's almost Summer time again , gardening , picnics, camping , summer nights campfires, swimming, beach walking and farm marketing. .And can't forget one of my favorites .. Picking ... love it !!! Going out digging through barns and old houses & sheds looking for some treasures . Now I call that FUN !!!

All the Farmers are tractoring up and down the road getting the land all ready for this years planting , I love the smell of fresh plowed ground . Great to be outside in my gardens on my knees digging in the warm soil. All the gardens I have, and still making trips to my local nursery's to see New 2011 plants. Next thing I know.. I have a truck load of beauties I can't live without ...

Anyone who gardens know what I'm talking about Right ?? It can't just be me !!!! LOL My gardens are full!!! Can't add another Garden Chair, Antique Bike, Birdhouse or old bucket filled with lovely flowers and herbs ... OR Can I ???? My Husband stopped asking that question long ago .

Anyway , I hope you enjoy this wonderful Summer , Keep smiling and make
wonderful memories. God Bless You All, Gail
