Barn & Estate Finds...
Treasures from long ago, each at one time had a special chore, and now are mostly used for display or pleasure. I often wonder as I hold a piece, what special meaning it had, if it will find a new home, or even stay with me for a tad.

Light Up Or Not- Antique Bottle
These antique bottles, chosen from assorted stock, are stained, sealed, and paper decoupaged bottles. This one has a cool effect with stained cheesecloth tied around the lid with a piece of butcher string and dried sweet annie. I added one of my stained and baked labels. A poem that reads.... ''For the love of worn and weathered things, beams and bricks, hinges and nails, aged old barns and houses, picket fences and rusty old pails.''
I drill a hole in the back of each glass bottle and insert a brown cord with 10 mini lights. Looks great lit or not. you will love this in your prim home.
Measures 8 1/2 inches tall by 4 inches wide.

Green Antique Large 2 Quart Canning Jar
This particular 2 quart large canning jar is green in color, a very clean jar, and in excellent condition. It has a zinc lid and there is a milk glass insert inside of it. I have added a vintage garden heirloom seed label to the jar, and aged it up a bit. This could be perfect for seed storage, fill with grunge nubby candles, or even dried spices or sunflower heads.. Endless possibilities and a great addition to any country or prim home. Measures 9 1/4 inches tall by 5 inches wide.

Long Handle Masher
This old piece was a great barn find. Shows notable signs of use and has a hole in the handle for hanging. Wonderful rich dark patina color in excellent condition for it's age. It is a solid piece. Measures 15 1/2 inches long by 3 inches.

Sterling Silver Spoons And Ladle
This set I am offering includes 2 sterling silver serving spoons and 1 gravy ladle. The long handle spoon is stamped International Deep Silver on the back and measures 9 inches long. The cut out spoon has Wm. A. Rogers. R. SXR, as best as I can read- pat- Dec 23-13, and measures 8 inches long. The gravy ladle has Oneida Community Par Plate on the back, and measures 6 1/2 inches long. Set of three.
